Privacy and Security
Zephyr is concerned about privacy and takes care in the use of your personal information. We do not collect any personally identifying information from persons who visit our site without logging in, nor do we collect personally identifying information from persons who log in using previously assigned usernames and passwords (other than the fact that they logged in). Loss of Password

General Provisions
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to New York’s conflict of laws principles. In the event of any dispute concerning use of or information obtained through this site, you and Zephyr expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in the State and County of New York, and waive any objection or defence based on inconvenient forum, change of venue or removal to another court or jurisdiction. Zephyr’s services are not intended for use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such use would be contrary to local law or regulation.
The foregoing provisions of this Agreement are for the benefit of Zephyr and its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Zephyr concerning your use of this site. Zephyr’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in such provision, without affecting the other provisions. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of this site must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
