Krispy Kreme’s South Indian operations were previously managed by Landmark Group, with close to 50 points of access across the country. This acquisition is set to accelerate Curefoods’ growth by tapping into the brand’s established customer base and operational network.

According to Curefoods, this acquisition marks a strategic move for it to expand its portfolio and enhance its presence in India’s thriving food service market. It has also signed a multi-year franchising agreement with Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation for developing over 350 additional points of access in India over the next 5 years.

Ankit Nagori, Founder, Curefoods, said, “We are thrilled to bring Krispy Kreme into Curefoods. The brand’s global legacy and strong consumer appeal align perfectly with our vision of offering diverse, high-quality food experiences. This partnership underscores our commitment to expanding into categories beyond our cloud kitchen ecosystem and investing in well-loved brands to enhance our presence in India’s food market.”
